As important as telling you what we will do for you is telling you some of the things we don’t do. We don’t ~

  • Pick up on existing developments. We can redesign and develop from scratch but we do not come into work on any partially finished or existing development.
  • Work with other design and development partners. We of course take into account initial design requests. However, when you hire us you should understand that we will ultimately work alone and make the design and development decisions with your website (this should not be confused with the content on your website; you will always have the ultimate say with this).
  • Experimental design. We don’t do moodboards or other experimental designs unless it is specifically outlined in a work agreement.
  • Outsource. All our work stays with us and you will work directly with us. Our company is based in Ashland, KY.
  • Allow access to the important stuff. We do not allow any access to your website’s hosting environment or your website’s content management system. Access to these components of any website is a common way to create and/or exploit security vulnerabilities and create opportunities for malicious attacks on your website. We take securities very seriously and will always be proactive in taking care of your website. Further, our Managed Web Services are design to take care of all your website needs, so no one but us should need these access points.
  • Provide email hosting. We don’t provide email service but will be happy to refer you to someone who can help with this.

No. We design and develop your site, and we host and maintain it also. We also provide ongoing services to make updates to your website’s content and features. We’ll be a full partner alongside you as you move forward!

The investment level of a website varies depending on the scale and needs of the site. Many of our website developments fall in a range of $1,500-2,000 to develop and $50-135 per month in ongoing Managed Web Services fees.

We require half of your development fee at the start of your website’s work, and then collect the remaining balance and prorated Managed Web Services quarter when your development launches. Associated Managed Web Services plan fees are issued at the beginning of each quarter.

The photos, text and other content can be provided by the customer — usually via email, a cloud storage, our project management software or other provided means — or through our content creation services. We offer services including copywriting, photography and videography as needed in creating the material you need to make your website great. Services needed are typically identified after an initial consultation on your website.

There is no long-term contractual obligation to us after your site is developed. Your Managed Web Services are due at the beginning of each quarter for the quarter ahead. You must agree to our related terms and conditions while we provide service to you.

Our primary office is located in Ashland, Kentucky. We welcome face-to-face meetings with all our clients by appointment. We can also do projects remotely, and have completed projects for clients all across the United States.

This depends on the scope of the development. Smaller, more basic website, can be done sometimes in as little as a week. Larger, more advanced developments, could take much longer. The average website is completed and launched live around four weeks from commitment.
